Preparation
  1. Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle both sides of sirloin with dry glaze. Grind on salt, if desired.
  3. Grill steak about 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from grill, let stand 5 minutes, slice thinly, and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Divide meat between tortillas.
  5. Top with Guacamole and Chipotle Aioli.
Tips

Use butter lettuce instead of tortillas and make it meat-free with Portobello mushrooms.
