Makes: 1 C (250 ml)
  • 1 C (250 ml) water
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) sugar
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml)

Preparation


 
  • Whisk all ingredients in a Multipurpose Pot - 8 C with a Piano Wire Whisk.
  • Cook over medium heat until reduced by about half, and syrup coats the back of a spoon. Store in a Cruet and refrigerate up to 10 days until ready to serve.
